Owner of the website

The website ripetizionidianalisi.com is run by Carmine Tornincasa, who is also the author and owner of the rights to its content. Contact: carminetornincasa98@gmail.com, WhatsApp from the Contact page, Instagram @ripetizioni_di_analisi_mate.

The service

The website publishes study material in mathematics and physics: theory, worked exercises and exercises with solutions. Part of the content is free to read; full access to a subject is obtained with a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no renewals.

Account and access

A free account, created with an email address and a password, is needed to buy a subject. The account is personal: it may not be transferred, lent or shared, and the login details must be kept safe. An account can be used on at most two devices. In case of unusual use (for example logins from many devices or by different people) access may be suspended.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as authorised reseller (merchant of record): Paddle collects the payment, issues the receipt and applies the VAT due in the buyer's country. After payment the subject is unlocked in the account used for the purchase. The purchase gives the right to read the content of the subject for personal study; it does not transfer any right to the content itself.

Copyright

All content on the website, free and paid, consists of creative works protected by Italian copyright law (Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and by international rules. This includes in particular the theory texts, the worked exercises and the exercises with their solutions, the figures and graphs, the PDFs, the selection and order of the topics and the layout of the pages. The name and logo "Ripetizioni di Analisi" identify the service of Carmine Tornincasa.

All rights are reserved to Carmine Tornincasa. Only personal use for study is allowed: reading the content on your own devices and printing one copy for yourself.

Without written permission it is prohibited, even in part and even free of charge, to:

  • copy, reproduce or transcribe the content, including by photos or screenshots;
  • share or distribute the content, the PDFs or printouts, for example in WhatsApp or Telegram groups, on Google Drive, on social networks or on other websites;
  • sell or rent the content or use it for your own lessons, courses or materials;
  • share the account or the login details;
  • circumvent the protections of the website or extract the content automatically.

Under Article 70-quater of the Italian copyright law, the owner expressly reserves text and data mining of the paid content, including its use to train artificial intelligence systems.

Infringements

In case of infringement of copyright or of these terms, the account may be deactivated without refund, and the owner may request the removal of the distributed content and take action to protect his rights as provided by law. Anyone who finds content from this website published elsewhere without permission can report it to the contacts above.

Pi, the assistant

Pi is an assistant based on artificial intelligence that answers study questions. Its answers may contain errors and should be checked; they do not replace the content of the website or the teacher's advice.

Limitations

The material is prepared carefully and every exercise is checked, but the website does not replace the textbooks adopted by your course and does not guarantee passing exams. Errors can be reported to the contacts above and are corrected.

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the law of the country where they live.
